Big Bend Community Based Care, BBCBC, is seeking proposals for approximately 8,000 to 10,000 square feet of office space to accommodate specifications posted on website. This new location will be in Jackson County, City of Marianna Florida. BBCBC is amenable to lease only with three-year term and three two-year options to renew, lease to purchase, build to suit with option to purchase. All proposals must have space available for occupancy by August 27, 2012, this may be negotiated.
All inquires of building specifications must be submitted in writing via e-mail to bwalters@bigbendcbc.org. Inquires of building specification will be accepted through April 20 – May 1, 2012, and all questions and answers will be posted on BBCBC website. Sealed proposals must be submitted to Margaret.petronio@bigbendcbc.org and received before 3:00pm on May 25, 2012. Award will be posted June 15, 2012, on BBCBC website.
